It is managed by the nearby Royal Marine Hotel, Brora, but privately owned by Charles and Susy Cooper. The accommodation package comprises: An unbiased and helpful service when booking, 24 hour key collection and concierge service, pre-arrival check including adjustments to heaters as necessary; free private parking for up to two cars; elevator an/or wide staircase access; heat, light linen and towels are included in the accommodation costs. Full use of the hotel facilities including excellent value for money traditional Scottish and Continental breakfasts and, of course, free WiFi.
No.16 Links Apartments inclusive open plan living, dining and kitchen areas nevertheless allows everyone staying their own space. Living and dining areas comfortably seat up to 6 adults. The comfortable three seater leather settee easily converts into an extra bed as and when needed. The kitchen extended from the solid oak furnished dining area and is therefore both neatly tucked way and yet amenable for anyone on duty to continue watching a favourite TV programme or carry on a conversation. The kitchen is all electric kitchen and comprises solid oak door cupboards, ceramic hob, fan oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. Both bedrooms have zip beds with individual duvets and easily convert from king sized double to two singles. The second bedroom has an en suite shower room. The master bedroom has an additional door providing greater privacy from the lager and immediately adjacent family bathroom which, apart from the usual facilities, has a shower over the bath.. Even the often neglected utility room has been furnished properly comprising washing machine/tumble dryer, purpose built cupboards, shelves, worktop, laundry box and built drying rack over the sink. Finally toddler proof safety catches to all windows are regularly checked allowing peace of mind when opened ajar for added ventilation.
The creme de la creme is, of course, the stunning panoramic view across a renowned and unique golf course. The middle distance comprises several miles of sea breaking onto the sandy beaches and further afield the headland of Lothbeg.
The location is ideal for golfers; Brora's James Braid-designed golf course is situated metres from your door and just a stone's throw away is the Royal Marine Hotel, which manages the Links Apartments.
