Experience the taste of the Highlands with a choice of three restaurants within the hotel. Food is available all day and gives you the dining opportunities of eating informally in the Garden Room or The Bistro or the option to experience the a la carte menu in Lorimers.
Head Chef Steven Oglesby, supported by his team, have developed outstanding menus of seasonal dishes using the finest local produce. Their exquisite menu will excite and delight food lovers and
can be best described as modern Scottish cuisine with a strong
highland influence.
Garden Room – 8am - 8.45pm
The Bistro – Dinner 6pm to 9pm
Lorimers Restaurant – 6.30pm to 9pm
